Sharing your screen

Sharing via Webex Application from H2M Laptop:

1. Open the Webex application when in conference room.

2. In the top right corner of the application, Click the Device name.

3. Click Share on Device.

4. Choose the screen you would like to share. Click share.

5. You can control the device through the device name by clicking the Device name again.

Sharing via non H2M laptop

1. Wake the tablet by tapping anywhere on the screen.

1. Click the “Share Screen” icon.

2. Click Webex Share on the tablet

3. Browse to https://Share.Webex.com on none H2M laptop

6. Enter the code that is displayed on the tablet, then select the screen you want to share.
