Duo Desktop
Installation:
1. If Duo Desktop is not installed on your machine, Click the KACE Ticketing System icon on your desktop.
2. Under the Quick Actions section, click the “Want software?” button.
3. Select the “Duo Desktop Install” from the list.
4. Make sure the correct device name is listed in the drop down list, then click “Install” at the bottom.
*Device name can be found on the bottom of laptop*
*The install can take up to 5 minutes to begin*
Starting the app:
1. If “Duo Desktop” is installed on your machine, search for “Duo Desktop” in
the search bar.
2. Click the taskbar tray button on the taskbar and click the “Duo Desktop” icon.
3. Click the navigation tab on the top left of the app.
4. Click the preferences tab.
5. Turn on “Launch Duo Desktop
when I log in”
6. Launch the VPN client to connect.
