Setting the Voicemail PIN

1. Go to settings.webex.com and login with your H2M Email. Click “Sign in” after.

2. You will be redirected to another page to login to your H2M email again, sign in again.

3. You will then be redirected to the Cisco Settings page. This is where you will be able to set a Voicemail PIN.

4. Enter a new PIN to access your voicemail.

Requirements

5. You should be able to go to your Cisco phone now and press the “Messages” button.

6. Enter the PIN you just created and follow the prompts to record a voicemail.

Enabling Voicemail Email Notification

1. Go to settings.webex.com and click the “Webex Calling” tab.

2. From here, under the Voicemail tab click the “Voicemail Settings” button.

3. Scroll down a little, in the Notification section click the box next to “Attach new voicemail messages and send via email.” Add your email to the area below. Then click save.

4. You will now receive emails for voicemail messages.
