Changing your Webex Photo
- Have a good quality headshot, cropped to be head and torso at most, stored on your computer.
- Go to: H2M.Webex.com
- Click the Sign-in button in the top right corner of your browser window.
- Enter your H2M email address, and click on Sign In.
- When prompted for your Microsoft sign-in, enter your computer login with “@h2m.com” appended to it. Note: For most users this will be the same as your email address, for others it will be your initials (ex. abc@h2m.com). Click Next.
- Enter in your Microsoft password (the password you use to log into your PC.
- On your Webex browser homepage Hover over the circle icon that either has your initials or previous picture inside of it.
- Click the change option once it appears over the icon.
- A new window will appear; click the grayed out headshot silhouette or your existing headshot under the “Personal Info” section.
- Locate the photo that you want to use and click “Open”. Note: the image may need to be cropped in order to fit and be seen correctly.
- Once the photo is uploaded, exit/close out of that window (Select “LEAVE” if prompted) and reload the H2M.Webex.com page. Confirm that your homepage displays the photo.
- Your image will now appear on the homepage. Exit out of the Webex Website and navigate to your Webex Desktop application. Your picture should now appear at the top of the Webex application.
